• Company verification confirms who we are as a business entity: legal name, entity registration, ownership, banking and tax documentation provided for your vendor file.
• Product and regulatory certification is separate and specific to each product and its manufacturer — for example UL listings, NSF, FDA clearance, medical device authorization or ANSI standards.
• Business registration with any state does not constitute product approval, product certification or regulatory clearance of any item we sell.
• Where a product certification is required for your purchase, tell us in the request and we will confirm in writing what the manufacturer documents before you order. If we cannot verify it, we will say so.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated in writing and are subject to supplier availability and confirmation at order acceptance.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable sales, use and excise taxes, freight, duties and accessorial charges unless the quotation states otherwise.
• Purchase orders are accepted subject to account review. Net terms may be available to approved institutional accounts following account review; all other orders are prepaid.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless the order confirmation specifies otherwise.
• Shortages, damage or non-conforming goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Returns require a written return authorization; restocking fees may apply to non-defective, non-stocking or special-order items.
• Special-order, custom, hazardous and perishable items are non-returnable.
• Past-due balances accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
• Products are sold with manufacturer warranties only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlantic Avenue Trading LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; venue is Palm Beach County, Florida.

• Orders ship from the supplier or distribution partner appropriate to the product; some orders ship from multiple locations and may arrive in more than one delivery.
• Estimated lead times are quoted per item and confirmed at order acceptance. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on supplier availability and carrier performance.
• Freight is quoted separately unless the quotation states that shipping is included. Inside delivery, liftgate, appointment and residential service are accessorial charges and must be requested in advance.
• Delivery to multiple buildings, campuses or sites is supported when the delivery detail is provided with the order.
• Inspect shipments on arrival. Report visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

• Returns require a written return authorization issued by Atlantic Avenue Trading before the product is shipped back to us.
• Shortages, damage or non-conforming goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and are resolved at no cost to the buyer when reported in that window.
• Restocking fees may apply to non-defective, non-stocking or special-order items, and return freight on buyer-convenience returns is the buyer's responsibility.
• Special-order, custom, hazardous and perishable items are non-returnable.
• Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty applicable to each item; we assist with warranty claims and replacement coordination through the manufacturer or supplier.

• Florida sales and use tax is collected on taxable sales delivered within Florida. Tax is otherwise collected where we have a legal obligation to do so.
• Tax-exempt and resale purchasers must provide a valid exemption certificate before invoicing: Florida Consumer's Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14) or Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13), or a valid multistate (MTC/SST) or single-state exemption certificate for the delivery jurisdiction.
• Government and public-school buyers may purchase on official purchase order with an exemption certificate on file.
• W-9, certificate of insurance and vendor onboarding documentation are available on request for procurement files.

• We collect the business contact information, account credentials, order history and payment details needed to quote, fulfill and invoice orders, plus standard technical logs from site usage.
• Information is used to operate accounts, process transactions, provide support, meet tax and recordkeeping obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information.
• Data is shared only with service providers such as payment processors, carriers and suppliers acting on our instructions, or as required by law.
• Records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, generally a minimum of seven years for transaction records.
• Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and comparable state protections, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@atlanticavetrading.com.
• Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards protect your information, including encrypted transport and role-based access controls.
• This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
